Thick vegetable soup with beans and lentils. Taste a bit like pickle.

Cooking
The beans are soaked in water for 8 hours or overnight. The water is drained, the beans are sent in a pot.
My zucchini, grate and put in the pan. Carrots wash, peel, and sent the three to the pot. Onion peel, finely chop and send to the rest of the ingredients. Pour 0.5 liters of water and put on fire. Bring to the boil, simmer 30-40 min.
Pepper and my lentils, pepper peel, cut and together with the lentils put in a pan. Cook for another 10 min.
Tomatoes, finely cut and put in the pan. Add the remaining 0.5 liters of water, salt, bring to a boil, cook for another 5-10 min and serve with green onions.
