This salad I prepared in the spring, but from imported or greenhouse vegetables. But now a great summer, and you can go to the market and bring a whole bunch of fresh vegetables and herbs) Current portion salad, easy in all - and in preparation, and for the figure. Cooking
The first thing you need to roast on both sides of the zucchini, cleaned and cut into rings. Set aside to cool.

Next, on a salad pillow spread one layer of cooled zucchini. The layer must slightly sprinkle with soy sauce.

Layer arbitrarily sliced cucumbers. This layer should be lubricated with sour cream
