Katyushenka, this salad I named in your honor. And the name was spontaneous. When I decorated the salad with a flower, I immediately, for some reason, I remembered your avatarochku. And so arose the name of this dish. Not smart to the combination of pork loin and orange salad was very tender and tasty.
