Chicken cutlet with rice
Delicious, crispy, light cakes without flour.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Figure

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

My fillet, remove the bones, grind in a meat grinder for stuffing.

Cut onion and add to the mince.

Boil until cooked rice and mix with meat. If the rice turned out gummy - it's for the best.

Put the spices and salt.

Break one egg,

add fresh herbs (or frozen) and mix well.

Formed patties

and coat them in sesame seeds.

Fry on both sides until Golden brown in vegetable oil. The patties get nicely crisp. Bon appetit!
