Description

Leg of pork German
Decided to treat my husband to this yummy. Cooking is, shall we say, too much time, but it's worth it. Leg is soft, juicy and flavorful (thanks to the herbs and beer; it is only in the beer). On this leg, I heard from your husband after another trip to Germany, he told me all ears buzz. Well, I, like a good wife, he decided to cook it, but... there are two or not the same recipes, it was too fast for them this dish is cooked (2 to 3 hours in all, and all of them than the bones, mustard, honey etc). And the husband told me that in Germany they went to the cafe and ordered this dish, such as today, so by tomorrow night it was done!!! And so I found this recipe!!! I got a leaflet from the magazine "Love to cook" (a room and not say a year, because they did not have it). And today I cooked, and my muguga is appreciated. He really liked it!

Cooking

step-0
So, the pork shank is good to wash and clean. In a plate mix salt, pepper, thyme and marjoram. Garlic to clean. Leg lard and garlic on the top and bottom, the skin incisions not to do. After you coat all sides of our mix of salt and herbs.
step-1
Put them in the bag, tie tightly and put in refrigerator overnight.
step-2
In the morning do for our legs "bed". Vystelim a baking sheet with foil, making side. On the laid foil baking paper (so that the foot does not stick to the foil).
step-3
Then put our foot to "bed". Now pour beer to cover the bottom 1.5 cm (approx). Put Bay leaves, a bit of spicy herbs (marjoram and thyme).
step-4
On top of the foot covered with foil, no matter how well wrap it up so that the steam is not coming out. Put in a preheated 160* oven for 4 hours. But after 2 hours to check that at the bottom was a beer, if you need a refill yet.
step-5
After 4 hours turn off the oven and leave the leg rest for 40 minutes. After take out, unfold and... first inhaled the aroma, and then begin to eat. Bon appetit!
