Description
The other day I came to the book Jamie Oliver "Ministry of Food", and immediately my attention was drawn to the recipe for these puddings, because in the Internet I found the recipes... the mini-puddings. The only ones I somehow didn't turned out as beautiful as there described, but was delicious - it's a fact. Plus they always stuck to the molds... So I decided to make today the puddings from the book the wonderful Oliver! IIiii... Finally the puddings have justified my expectation. They can be removed from the molds with your hands! Any side they are not sticking to my formcoke... Share the recipe with You :)

Cooking
So.. we Mix our ingredients in a bowl. 3 eggs, salt, flour and milk.
The resulting mass leave for 30 minutes. (In the book, Jamie says that this is necessary in order that the dough became more homogeneous. Due to this, the pudding will become more lush and crispy!)
While our dough is "resting". Razgorelas the oven to the max! I warmed up to 220 degrees. I think that is enough) When the oven is sufficiently heated, put it in our molds (about 2-3 minutes). Next, take out the molds and fill each hole with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil! And back in the oven for 5 minutes so that the oil is well warmed up!
After this time, we take the molds with the hot oil from the oven and quickly pour the batter! I did not quite neat :) But that's okay... these drops turned into tiny puddings :)
Remove the form with the dough in the oven and 15 minutes (without opening the door in any case!!!) allow the puddings to rise, brown! All! The puddings are ready! PS a tip from Jamie Oliver: if you want the pudding crunched across the deep, lower the heat to 150 degrees and bake them for another 10 minutes! Bon appetit!
