"Canele" - a French delicacy. This is the original cookie with a crispy caramel crust, the inside will remain tender and slightly moist, with a hint of vanilla and rum, a true masterpiece of French cooking! Give your loved ones for Breakfast a little trip to Paris! Moreover, all training test will be held on the eve and in the morning it will only bake.

Cooking
Bring the milk to boil on the stove. Add about half the sugar, the vanilla, remove from heat. Add the butter and mix well.
Beat eggs to foam, add the remaining sugar and flour, the resulting mass with a mixer beat in the milk, add the rum (optional). Now close the container of food in a film and send it overnight in the fridge (ideally for a day).
Preheat the oven to 200-210 g., fill molds 3/4 of the prepared dough. Silicon grease is not necessary, normal is a must. Sent bake "Canela" for 1 hour and 15 minutes. All ovens are different, look at the cookies, they should be a caramel-Golden color as me, but not to burn, because cooking time, adjust yourself.
Serve warm (not hot!), you can decorate the cheesecake with cream and your favorite fruit. In my opinion, whipped cream is too sugary and not quite appropriate, except for those with a sweet tooth.
