American summer fruit cake
Buckle. Another Apple pie? Yes, it seems that way, but do not jump to conclusions. Wet and porous cupcake goes well with juicy fruit and crunchy strategem; with a glass of cold milk or tea is just a celebration of summer abundance in the form of baking.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    220 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Nectarine

    3 piece

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Salt

For stratila dice very cold butter (50 g) and grind the mixture with your fingertips into crumbs with sugar (50 g), flour (70 g) and cinnamon. Put in the refrigerator.

Nectarines cut into small pieces, from cherries to remove the stones and cut each berry in half. If using raspberries, leave the berries whole.

For the dough, beat the softened butter (170 g) regular sugar (200 g) and vanilla and eggs until fluffy mass. Gently stir in the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Into the batter stir in all the fruit.

Pour the batter into a greased (or lined with baking paper) form (approximately 20x20 cm). Sprinkle with strategem and almonds and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 45-50 minutes.

To better serve this cake still warm, but 2-3 days it is still delicious. Bon appetit!
