Very light, delicate and delicious soup.

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Brussels sprouts

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Parsley

  • Broth

Potatoes cut into small pieces, greens finely chop, carrots can be cooked whole peas and Brussels sprouts I had frozen.

You can cook in the broth and water. In the boiling broth (water) put the potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts and peas. Add salt, pepper and spices and boil until tender. Add the greens and cook for a few minutes.

Then put in a blender and make puree. Here is our soup and ready.

Very tasty, if you add in a plate of breadcrumbs.
