Soup with nuts Indian
A very original soup-a puree of Apple, banana, onion, cashew nuts and curry. Looks scary, but surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.25 tsp

  • Cashews

    50 g

  • Ginger

Cook vegetable broth.

Half a banana cut into slices. Apple peel and cut into cubes. The white part of the leeks cut into thin rings.

In a skillet heat oil, simmer it in Apple, banana slices and onion rings. Approximately 3 minutes. Then add curry, a couple of pinches of ginger and a little salt. Simmer another 5 minutes.

Put the stewed fruit with onions in a vegetable broth. Cook on low heat, covered for about 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, turn all into a puree with a blender.

Nuts cashews roasted and lightly crushed.

Half a banana cut into rounds, green part of onions cut into pieces-long finger. Banana add to soup, sprinkle top with onions and nuts. Get up your courage, close your eyes and try. Looks weird, but surprisingly tasty.
