Here in this original form, I bought a pomelo, we in the garrison shop. Apparently, the sellers were so unusual this fruit that they decided that it can be used as a gift on March 8. And it was called "Pamela," though in Russian it is allowed (read on the Internet as "Pamela"). I, to my shame, tried it for the first time and really liked it, but still turned out to be very useful. For want, you can also use grapefruit or orange.
Well, let's start to please yourself, loved ones. Collect the necessary products.
Boil frozen green beans 8 minutes in boiling water, adding some salt and sugar. Recline in a colander. Next, you need beans covered with ice, so she won't lose color. I used "ice stones", which was received as a gift from "the kitchen Boy" for a photo contest (with a fridge).
After this photo I had a "diversion", the lens gets fogged from the steam, and I didn't notice. So the next few shots were blurred.
Salad wash, dry cloth and shrimp defrosts, clean, combine with the salad. There also add the beans (not the whole pack, of course).
Clean pomelo from the films, breaking into small pieces, add to the mixture of shrimp, salad and beans.
Prepare a sauce of oil, wine, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
Fill our snack dressing. Shift in skin from the pomelo. Sprinkle the top with almond petals.
