Were making a salad in a hurry, so not particularly adorned. But the taste... it must taste, very unusual, I can't tell you what made the salad :)

Cooking
Greens celery, sliced thin circles, filled for a couple of minutes with boiling water. Herring fillet cut into small cubes. Drain the water from the celery, mix with herring. Canned pineapple also cut into small cubes, add to the herring. Boiled beets grind and add the rest.
Cereal I have a regular, of which cook porridge: fall asleep to the salad and mix everything. In a separate mug, mix pineapple juice with wine vinegar and sugar, pour in the salad. Add salt to taste (quite a bit, as the herring is already salty) and white pepper (generously). All mix well and leave for 10 minutes (can be longer).
Before serving, decorate with greens. The recipe is from the magazine "tina" offers to submit to the salad rolls with pumpkin seeds, slathered with butter mixed with green onions.
