Cooking
For cooking chicken cutlets I used extra oat flakes TM "Mistral".
Oatmeal extra TM "Mistral" pour yogurt and stir. Yogurt should be long enough for the flakes soaked and no dry lumps, and pour no need to not get liquid meat. Leave for 20 minutes to flakes swelled.
In minced chicken put finely chopped onion, egg and rolled oats in yogurt, spices and salt to taste. Stir until smooth. Put the mince in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to make patties easier to form.
To form patties (if you want to roll them in oat flakes), put into a form with edges, lightly greased with vegetable oil.
Bake chicken patties with oatmeal in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the form, pour warm water over the meatballs, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake another 20 minutes until Golden brown. Along with the cakes I bake sometimes slices of bell peppers or tomatoes.
Can for 10 minutes until tender (optional) add juice from chops cream or sour cream with the mustard, get another and gravy.
