Very tasty cake with tender curd and a fresh strawberry. Recipe adapted from "Bon appetit" 1974 edition.

Cooking
All the ingredients for the batter I mixed in a food processor until smooth.
To take shape and flatten the dough with your hands, and leave the bumpers.
In the deepening put the strawberries.
All the ingredients for the curd filling, whisk in a food processor and pour the strawberries. Put in a preheated 180*C oven for 50 minutes.
After this time take out the cake, let cool, cut into slices and eat.
