Description
Datschi is a popular Bavarian specialty, which is rightly proud of the city of Augsburg. Presumably the name of the pie came from a twisted pronunciation of verbs in the Bavarian dialect "detschen" or "datschen", which means "push inside". Cook Datca exclusively on the baking sheet, not recognizing any of the round shapes! The basis for this cake can be yeast, sand or another favourite German version - the dough of soft cheese and vegetable oil. Cooking
To work with the dough is a dream to idlers or very busy women (both about me!). For me the season always starts baking at the same time with a summer camp for skaters... then you can even need baking trays! Preparing a cake quickly. If You use the standard professional mixer, all the ingredients for dough in a bowl and mix until smooth "hook" for the test... I Have more than proletarian method of kneading: fold in a deep bowl soft (this is very important! see photos!!!) cottage cheese (quark), add the egg, sugar, salt, vegetable oil odourless. Separately sift the flour, mix with baking powder. P. S. Attention!!! In this recipe you can substitute wheat flour for spelt or mix 1:1 wheat and whole wheat flour!!! The same dough can be prepared without adding eggs, adding the milk...
Add a couple tablespoons of prepared flour and mix the ingredients with a mixer until smooth
Add the remaining flour and knead the dough with a spoon and then by hand, until smooth. The dough should be elastic, but not pocketed, soft. If needed, add a couple tablespoons of milk or, on the contrary, flour.

Drain and wash the apples, dry dry. Plum (better grade - prunes) cut in half, remove the seeds. Large plums should be cut into quarters.
