Cooking
Cook the broth
Cut the potatoes and throw in the broth then cut the cabbage and add when the potatoes come to the boil
Carrots and beets grate on a grater, onion finely chop, add the tomato
When potatoes and cabbage are ready, add zazharku and some sauerkraut for the acid.
At the end we press the garlic and add chopped greens
