Rose tempura is fantastic
This recipe I heard on the radio, and really wanted to try. But now it's almost winter, stalls sell roses, which can NOT be used for culinary purposes, because of their pour any chemistry. Still, I ventured, carefully washed in several waters, so I wanted to try a rose in batter. And now the most important thing: I was just amazed taste of this flower, it was a feeling that eating chips from the rose. Very tasty! When summer comes, cut off the in your garden of roses and make this dish. You will not regret it! And guests will be very surprised!

Ingredients

  • Flowers

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To prepare the ingredients for the recipe. Rinse the rose and dry.

Fluff the petals of the flower lightly with the beaten egg.

Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Vegetable oil pour into a small saucepan, bring to boil, lower rose by 3 seconds. Put a flower on a paper towel to stack fat.
