Cheese truffles
Soft cheese-cream mass with a nutty flavor

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Mayonnaise

    20 g

  • Spices

    2 g

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Crackers

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    100 g

To grate cheese and garlic, very finely chop the fresh peppers (red, yellow, green). On a coarse grater to grate the boiled egg and chilled butter to add a bunch of mayonnaise (if necessary), add the dry spices (Basil, black pepper, nutmeg).

All the ingredients mix well, sprinkle with lemon juice and form balls with walnuts. Inside each balloon put a black olive. Rye crackers and grind together with nuts, roll each ball well with bread-nut mix. Put the finished truffles for 15 minutes in the freezer to cool. Bon appetit.
