All kind time of day!) Today I will share with you the recipe of a cake maker. This cake is just saving on hot summer days, and the holidays, you can cook!) The taste is very sweet, kind of like a beautiful cake for the sweet tooth!)

Prepare the sponge cake. RUB eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add sour cream and soda slaked vinegar, stir.
Add a little flour until you have a batter the consistency of thick cream, maybe even a little thicker.
Staley on a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the dough and put to bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (the cake baked quickly, look at him carefully, and in no case do not open the oven!!!) I have a big baking pan, so the cake is not very thick and baked quickly.
Our cut ready-made cake into squares measuring approximately 4 by 4 inches.
Now prepare the cream. Pre-soak 50 g of gelatin in 150 g of boiling water. Mix the sour cream with sugar (you can whip cream, so perhaps it would be even better)and add to soaked gelatin.
For toppings I got strawberries (since it's the season). Strawberries better to take tverden, so it is not softened in the cake and became a mess. A large strawberry cut in half, a little and leave whole.
Proceed to "build" the cake. The cake is big, so I took a large pot. On the bottom of the pan spread sliced strawberries in a circle, cut down. In the middle as well (photo: clear)-the first must be the fruits for sure! As this will be the top of our cake, and it will be great!
Then the cream, pour a little cream into the gaps.
Then there is the biscuit. Continue in the same order:sour cream, strawberries, cake, cream, strawberries...
When we already came to an end, the last layer should be biscuit and top with sour cream. At this stage looks quite nice, but believe me, when you pull it out of the fridge you will be delighted!) Cake cover with foil or a lid and put in the fridge for 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
After 6 hours take out the pan from the fridge and put it in any kind of ware with warm water (for several minutes), so the cake is easier to stretch. With this stage and I am having a little trouble, but I and a knife helped. In General, you can try to cover the pan with plastic wrap (before putting some cake), maybe it would be better to get.
