Recipe found on the Internet. Though the author calls it "warm ice cream". Cooked very simply, and the taste really vanilla ice cream! Something like milk souffle. Try!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Sour cream

    0.333 cup

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    15 g

Cooking

Gelatin soaked in a little water and leave to swell. Then heat stirring constantly until dissolved. Cool.

Yogurt, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar beat with a mixer. Three minutes. Not stopping to whisk, pour in the gelatin. Beat for another three minutes.

Pour in molds and put into the fridge for 4-6 hours.
