Carrots to grate on a special grater or cut into thin long wedges. Add vinegar and lightly mash (you can add ready-made)
Mix cabbage, carrots and corn.
Vegetable oil heated in the pan. In the salad, add grated garlic, red pepper, salt, sesame oil, coriander powder, stir. Then pour it hot oil and stir again. You can eat immediately, but better to place them in a bowl with a lid and let stand in the refrigerator for 12 hours, it will taste great.
