Cold ring with mushrooms and rice, spicy sauce

I was ready to pig-ground beef. Add the egg, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, oat flakes (crushed), parsley finely chop. Mix everything carefully.

Cooking the rice. Cool. For this dish I chose the rice from TM "Mistral". Add to the rice cheese, grated on a fine grater, finely cut dill, mix well.

Half of the minced meat put into a form. The mushroom remove the stalk, put them in a circle and slightly push in the stuffing.

Here I forgot to photograph a step. Carrots (3 pieces) to boil. Grate on a coarse grater and spread evenly on the mushrooms. Then spread the remaining carrot stuffing. Put in the hot oven for 40-45 minutes.

Sauce: Tomatoes cut in half, grate. Bell pepper, carrot (little), onion grind in a blender until smooth, add to the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, mix well. Put on fire, bring to boil, boil for 5 minutes. Add the garlic (to RUB on a small grater). Cook for another 15 minutes. At the end add the vinegar. Ready!

The finished ring to cool in the form, gently turn on a dish. Garnish with sauce and parsley. Bon appetit!
