Cooking
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, salt and very well mixed!, to form pellets of average size and put the slice of chocolate, close it with the edges of the pellet and forming a circle.
Preheat the pan and add the vegetable oil, fry the cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side
