Cooking
Products or the ingredients!
Red wine is a good heat, add a packet of spices for mulled wine. I foresee that not everyone has the presence of such bags, but can be completely replaced, adding to the wine a pinch of spices - cinnamon, cloves, anise, orange peel... That's got to be Mulled wine. Then the wine with spices to cool, and if you use spices without disposable bags - wine strain.
Soft butter or margarine whipped with vanilla sugar and sugar.
To the butter mix one at a time add the eggs, still whisking.
Measure 125 ml of cold wine. Flour mixed with baking powder.
Alternating between the flour and the wine, to introduce them into the dough.
Here is green dough. Consistency - like a very thick cream.
Gently stir in 150 g chocolate chips.
Baking tray lay a baking paper. To put culinary frame 20*24 cm one frame is not, select form the same size of a small bumpers.
Fill in the form test, good level. Pre-heat the oven - 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Readiness check wooden torch.
Remove pie from oven, let cool.
The remaining wine is mixed with powdered sugar. Powder may need less, look for consistency - should be thick glaze.
Once the glaze (freezes instantly) put the almond slices and decorate with chocolate spirals, although the decoration may be quite different - I have reproduced the original recipe.
Now closer! How delicious!!! Slightly moist and flavorful crumb!!!
