Cooking
Mix butter, cocoa, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the flour, mix well. 100 g chocolate chop, add to the dough, stir again.
The dough pinch off small pieces and roll from them balls about the size of a walnut. Put biscuits on a baking sheet, to make the thumb a small depression in each to put in is the deepening of the cherry. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Melt in the microwave or in a water bath for the remaining 50 g of chocolate. Decorate the cookies with melted chocolate. Bon appetit!!!
