Soft starter, quickly prepared and will decorate any festive table

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Suluguni cheese

    10 piece

  • Mint

  • Salt

Take the cheese but not the usual cream and cheese (fat), we call it nadughi (the dish is named so). I'll elaborate method of its preparation and write. We have it ready for sale and therefore was never interested in cooking :)

Put a few sprigs or chopped mint or dry, sprinkle with salt and stir

Leaves Suluguni cheese cut in half

Put a full tablespoon of nadughi
