In our family love these sandwiches, as during the holidays, or just with tea or coffee. When I was first asked to try them on, I couldn't even imagine what I'll be doing these sandwiches almost daily. I recommend to try, you will not regret.

Cooking
Peel the carrots, then I rubbed it with a grater for carrots "in Korean"; if it does not, then on a medium grater grate.

Mix grated carrot, cheese and garlic.
Add the mayonnaise. I always do the eyes, that was not dry. Mix thoroughly.
Cut the loaf into slices, or just buy meats, spread on each slice stuffing is cooked, sent to the microwave for 2 minutes (time will depend on the capacity). The sandwiches are ready.
