Cooking
All the ingredients are put layers using a serving ring (square). The first layer - boiled potatoes peel, grate on a coarse grater and slightly to grease with mayonnaise. The second layer - sprats (without oil) grind with a fork and spread on top of potatoes.
Boiled egg remove the shell and grate them with a grater crunoi and put the third layer.
The fourth layer - grated boiled carrots. This layer lightly grease with mayonnaise.
Fifth layer - canned green peas.
Sixth layer - cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
The salad serving, carefully remove the ring and decorate with greens and olives.
