Salad sushi turrets

Ingredients

  • Figure

    120 g

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Nori

    2 piece

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

The rice to soak in cold water for 1 hour

Drain, rice drain in a sieve, leave for 30 minutes. Rice cover with cold water, bring to boil, cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and cook until ready within 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
