Cooking
It's very simple. Peel the ginger, cut into cubes (you can grate).
To ginger add soy sauce and lemon juice. Marinate in the resulting shrimp sauce for 30min.
While marinated shrimp, a quarter of mango cut into thin plates.
To do the same with avocado after removing the skin. I sprinkled it with lemon juice, so it is not dark. If you bought a too firm avocado, it doesn't matter. It must be wrapped in newsprint and leave at room temperature for 2 days. So that it will quickly ripen.
To make the sauce. Mix vegetable oil with balsamic vinegar and mustard. On a dish or in a salad bowl put the torn lettuce, slices of avocado, mango and shrimp. Garnish with rings of red onion. Cover with the sauce.
