Japanese fish balls (Onigiri)
These tasty fish balls will decorate any holiday table, though I invented them just when I really wanted sushi, and the nori sheets over.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Caviar

  • Soy sauce

  • Ginger

I will not write how to make rice for sushi, give only an design idea, but a piece of advice: rice vinegar in this case you can substitute white wine or Apple that are also season with salt and sugar. Believe me, replacing no one will notice! So, take a little cooked rice into it, put a piece of fish with wasabi (can be without) and rolls the ball. As in the photo.

Get here are pretty balls, though the fish can be replaced by a cube of fresh cucumber, I really like smoked eel. And it is possible and without fish, also very tasty.
