Home cooked sausage
I do not remember which site I found this recipe, but was satisfied. Today we do not know how the sausage that we give to our children. And if there's any meat? I therefore offer You a great option of cooked sausage made from natural ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

Crude fillet cut into pieces. Shred the cooled chicken (Turkey) fillet in a blender until creamy, add the whites, pepper and salt to taste. I added nutmeg.

Pour in the beef cold cream and stir until smooth. So it will be

On a rectangular piece of edible film spread 1/3 of the stuffing, and wrap it into a sausage and tying edge thread. So done 2 more times. It turns out 3 sausages.

In a saucepan, pour water and put on fire, bring to a boil and reduce to a minimum. The water should not boil. The water spread sausages and presses their saucer, so they don't pop up. Cook them for 60 minutes.

Remove sausages and cool.

On the table lay the parchment paper, sprinkle paper spices, herbs (I used Italian herbs). Lay on the grass sausage and wrap. So do each sausage. Put into the fridge for 8 hours at night. Before serving, remove the paper and cut. Bon appetit!
