Cake with wine cream

So, getting to the test: mix in a bowl the flour with cocoa, mix well. Then add softened butter (can be margarine), sugar, nuts (any nuts, I have walnuts), egg yolk, milk. All this is kneaded into a homogeneous dough (if necessary add a little flour). The dough turns soft. Flatten the dough into a ball, cover with wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

After some time take out the dough, divide it into two parts. Take the split form (I have a 22 cm diameter), grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.
