Cooking
Potatoes are cooling, peel and grate on a coarse grater, and cheese. Garlic skip through the press. Add spices and dill finely chopped. With a spoon, then with your hands knead the meat.
In one bowl put the cereal in the other to break the egg and beat with a fork with a pinch of salt.
To form patties. First dip the cutlet in egg, then roll in cereal.
Fry patties in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked. Cover don't cover. Fire is medium-strong. Serve the cutlets with sour cream and herbs.
