Description
Do you like Japanese literature? I love very much. Can't call myself a connoisseur. But it is so incomprehensible, mysterious, so attractive to me! Only "the Woman in Sands" by Kobo ABO I reread 5 times. And Murakami? How many books I read. The first one is "Miso soup". This Is Ryu Murakami. They're all eating this miso soup! Of course, I ordered this soup in a cafe. But really doubted its authenticity. The contest prompted me to make it. A lot of recipes I read. And they are really a lot. They are all based broth and miso paste. This recipe is prepared based on the capabilities and availability of the products. Nobody's going to cook every day. But worth a try to experience Japanese culture. But food is also culture, and literature.
