Soup-cream with apples
Very nice children and a girly soup! True, and my man ate it very favorably. Bright color, velvety texture, sweet-sour taste, I love this easy soup! I invite you to try.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Broth

    1200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream cheese

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

  • Sugar

  • Beets

    1 piece

Apple, carrots and beets grate. Celery, onion and garlic, finely chop

In the pan in vegetable oil fry the onion and garlic until transparent onion

Add the carrots and celery on low heat cook until soft, about 10 minutes

Add the beets and Apple, stir and fry for 5-7 minutes. Pour broth or water, salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 40 minutes. Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes.

Grind into a puree with an immersion blender. To try salt, pepper, sugar and acid.

When serving add to each bowl a little cream cheese or sour cream and sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
