Description
The site already has a salad with this name, so I add the option number two, because my salad the other in preparation and in ingredients, and the name not want to change as they become accustomed to it. From where this name I don't remember. This salad caught on in our family because of the simplicity with some "spice" in cooking.

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Boiled meat cut into small cubes.
Beat eggs with salt.
Onion cut into cubes and spasserovat in vegetable oil.
Pour onion and eggs to stir constantly to get little bits of scrambled eggs.
Cucumber, finely chop.
Radish peel and grate.
Mix all ingredients, add salt, mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
