Cuban soup with catfish
We all come from childhood! Memories associated with him the most striking! All we did was great and everything we ate was insanely was DELICIOUS! I was born, raised and live in the Kuban. The catfish soup was prepared by my grandmother, and anywhere else I didn't eat this soup. Unfortunately, it is long gone (but now this soup I cook I want to share the recipe with you.

This is such a wonderful piece of catfish I bought on the market. The soup will boil with catfish, as it is a very delicate fish without bones and not having a pronounced fish taste and smell.

Will cut the fish. Separate the fillet from the skin and backbone and cut in small pieces.
