This is such a wonderful piece of catfish I bought on the market. The soup will boil with catfish, as it is a very delicate fish without bones and not having a pronounced fish taste and smell.
Will cut the fish. Separate the fillet from the skin and backbone and cut in small pieces.
Pieces of fish fillet salt to taste, zapanirovat in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
The remains of the fish (the skin and the backbone) fill with water and boil fish broth.
A ready broth filter through a dense sieve with gauze and begin to cook borsch.
Traditional beets, carrots and parsnips peel and cut into strips. You can grate.
Passeruem vegetables lightly with vegetable oil and dip into boiling broth. Soup cook on low fire without a strong boil.
The potato we shall cut cubes and add to broth.
Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add the chopped bell pepper and sauté another 3 minutes. (I cook soup without pepper, as members of the family do not like him, but in vain!)
Wash tomatoes and chop in a blender, puree. You can dilute the tomato paste if no fresh tomatoes.
Tomato purée, add to the onions and cook 5 minutes. Then, if the potatoes are already cooked, add the browned vegetables in the soup.
Half a medium cabbage cut into strips.
Put the cabbage in the soup and allow to boil. Salt the soup to taste.
Parsley, dill and crush the garlic.
The almost finished soup put fried fillet of catfish, stir gently, allow to boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the greens with the garlic, bring to a boil and switch off. The soup must stand at least one hour.
Then our flavorful Cuban soup with the catfish served to the table! Necessarily in each plate put a few pieces of fish. By the way, on a hot summer day, this soup can be eaten cold, it's very light, diet and refreshing)
