Vitamin salad with sorrel and beetroot
We do not have one picnic is not complete without some light salad. What could be better than luscious fresh vegetables in addition to a fragrant shish kebab. I offer you easy to prepare, but very tasty and healthy salad.

  • Sorrel

  • Ginger

Here are all the necessary ingredients. The sorrel and wash the cabbage, beets and garlic to clean.

Chop the cabbage and julienne sorrel, beets grate on a coarse grater. In a bowl, mix the butter with the lemon juice. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, soy sauce and a little salt, mix well.
