The salad on the barbecue
Delicious and, may I say, traditional Turkey salad for a barbecue!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

Bake on the grill eggplant and peppers until tender (they should be soft, black).

Eggplant cut in half

With a spoon take out the pulp, put in a dish.

Pepper clean fingers and send it to the eggplant

With a fork shred the eggplant, peppers can break with your hands or with a fork. Vegetables crush!!!

Add to them the garlic (grated or finely chop with a knife). Add olive oil and salt, mix everything together and served barbecue.

I learned to make this salad from a friend the Turk. I then liked it so much that I forgot about the barbecue (although I'm not a fan of meat, but sometimes forcing myself). At our house, like many Turks, not a single kebab for the past 2 years is not complete without this salad. It is also possible to add tomato, roasted on the grill, also very tasty. You can also add black pepper for flavor. Tried to make this salad, bake vegetables in the oven and on gas - went into the trash. Not to say that it tastes bad, relatively, but the taste is very different, and for those who have tried on the grill, will not cook differently. Try it!
