ABC
This dish has always been and remains a favorite in our family. Very easy to prigotovlenii. The meat and potatoes turns out juicy and mild taste of garlic add zest to this delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    15 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    10 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Meat (I take Kesco) cut into pieces 2.5*2.5 cm

Potatoes clean and cut into 4 pieces.

Onion cut into cubes.

In a large kettle or deep heavy-bottomed pan or Dutch oven pour 3 set. l vegetable oil, put the meat, pepper! DO NOT ADD SALT! otherwise the meat will give your juice and is dry. And much fire fry, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes

Then add the onions. Still a little fry, put the tomato paste, stir, diminish the fire for a few minutes, add pickles, stir again and leave to stew our "zirvak" stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick

While a stew with ogurcami, onion and pasta in a separate pan pour rest of the oil on very high heat fry the potatoes until Golden crust, almost to the ready state

When the potato is ready, send it to the meat. And only now salt the meat, salt and stir add the fried potatoes. Again mix everything. Nakrem with a lid and leave to stew for 10 minutes on very low heat.

After 10 minutes add the chopped garlic ( I RUB on a grater, or very finely cut with a knife). Mixed. Shut the lid, turned off the stove, covered with a towel and forgotten for 30 min.
