Millet porridge with pumpkin, apples and dried apricots
Delicious, flavorful and healthy porridge without the hassle for half an hour

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 cup

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Honey

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Milk

    500 ml

Pshenko, thoroughly rinse to clean water. In addition to basic products you can prepare your favourite spices. I took the cinnamon and cardamom. Complement the taste of nuts and honey.

Pumpkin and apples peeled, cut into small cubes, put them into a cold Zepter pot, add chopped dried apricots or raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and cardamom, mix well.

On top pour the washed millet, add water and milk.

Cover with a lid and put on medium heat (I have 4 of 9). Cook for 20 minutes, then remove from heat and leave under the lid for another 10-15 minutes.

In the finished porridge if necessary, add milk if you like more liquid porridge.
