Cooking
chicken free from bones, cut into cubes and fry with onions until Golden brown. Add grated carrot, salt, pepper, season your favorite chicken salad. When the carrot is also slightly browned, pour enough water to cover the meat. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes
in kefir put soda, salt, egg, add flour and knead the dough
roll the dough into the reservoir (not very subtly, with a finger thick). Curly cut with a knife into small squares
put the squares into the boiling steamer (I have a very old but large and comfortable) Cook for 7 minutes (they should be fluffy)
