Ingredients

  • Water

    230 ml

  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Sugar

  • Corn starch

Cooking choux pastry: Water, margarine (butter) and salt and bring to boil.

To the hot mixture add all the flour. Intensively stir to avoid lumps.

Keep on slow fire for a few minutes and all the time mix the dough. Remove from the heat. With a spatula knead the dough until smooth. Cool the dough before adding the eggs so they don't curdle. To lukewarm condition.

In a custard mixture add the eggs, one egg was added, stir, add, stir up to smoothness and uniformity.

At the end add the baking powder. The dough is not cool. Smooth

On the tray lay a baking paper or parchment (I have a silicone Mat), pour out and flatten the dough. I have a regular baking sheet. Before baking the oven heat (180 deg.)

Bake at 180 deg. for about 30 minutes. The oven during baking not open, so the dough is not settled.

While baked cakes, prepare the cream: yolks, starch, flour, vanilla mix with 1 Cup of milk

The rest of the milk to heat and add sugar. Heated to about 80-90 degrees. Heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, until thick. Cool to room temperature. Add to hot milk for our dairy-starch part.
