Cupcake with chocolate
Incredibly delicious thing. Very chocolate, very tender... the Only downside of this cupcake - it turns out too small! The cake contains no flour, instead it put the powdered walnuts and a little starch. Recipe from the site Cooksa.ru

Ingredients

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Dark chocolate

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

To prepare products to have everything at hand. The oil should be removed from the refrigerator.

Chocolate melt in a water bath and set aside to cool. Walnuts grind in chopper as small as possible.

In a bowl beat soft butter with sugar, add the eggs one by one continuing to whisk.

Add to egg mixture, cooled to lukewarm chocolate and stir.

Pour in the cognac.

Then add the nuts and stir.

In the end, add the starch and baking powder and again mix well.

A small cake pan (I took taparausky form) lightly grease with oil, pour the batter, flatten. In the center along with a knife to make a shallow furrow.

Put the form with the dough in a preheated 175*C oven. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes. The finished cake to remove from oven and cool completely in the baking pan. The top crust of the cake is very fragile. My half-blind mother decided to help me with the dishes when I was in the kitchen, and entered the cupcake by hand. She checked the empty form or not. Crushed the whole top crust. I returned to the kitchen and gasped. Well, okay, the taste is not affected, of course.
