Braid chocolate with a milk layer
This recipe for chocolate lovers baking. Forming such braids are known to all. Baking is airy and delicious! Definitely try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Cocoa powder

    10 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Condensed milk

Cooking

Yeast dough I knead using a bread machine, but You can knead the dough in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Then add the sifted flour and cocoa, salt, sugar, 1/3 of a little beaten eggs, softened butter, milk.

Put the bucket in the bread machine and turn on the mode of kneading. When kneading bread dough, put it in a warm place until increase in volume in 2-3 times.

While the dough rises, cook the milk layer. Combine whole milk, condensed milk, sugar and sifted flour.
