Yeast dough I knead using a bread machine, but You can knead the dough in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Then add the sifted flour and cocoa, salt, sugar, 1/3 of a little beaten eggs, softened butter, milk.
Put the bucket in the bread machine and turn on the mode of kneading. When kneading bread dough, put it in a warm place until increase in volume in 2-3 times.
While the dough rises, cook the milk layer. Combine whole milk, condensed milk, sugar and sifted flour.
Whisk a lot whisk until lumps disappear.
Heat the mass in a microwave oven at full power for approximately 50-60 seconds.
Once again whisk the milk layer. Give mass to cool slightly, cover with foil to avoid a dry crust.
