Air roll with chocolate filling
The recipe interested me for a test cake. Summary very pleased, surpassed all my expectations, it turned out very airy, porous and gentle. Cream you can take any cake so good it will blend perfectly with anything. And, of course, a lot of chocolate on the serving dish and balls of vanilla ice cream is a nice shade taste and make it complete. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Nastya 90 /60 /90 called "Chocolate roll" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Potato starch

  • Soda

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

All we need to roll.

Carefully break eggs and separate white from the yolk.

Proteins whisk in the stable foam with 4 tbsp of cold boiled water.

Add sugar and vanilla sugar, carefully beat with a mixer.

Enter the yolks into the dough.

Add starch, flour with soda and again a good beat.

Coat the baking pan with baking paper, grease with oil, pour the dough and send in preheated to 200C oven for 15 minutes until tender (you can check with a match).

While the cake is baked, prepare the cream: chocolate you need to break into slices, add sugar and milk, put on fire and stir, bring to a boil, then fire should be reduced.

Starch dissolved in 1/3 Cup water.

A thin stream pour the starch into the cream, stirring constantly. Bring the mixture until thick.

Add oil, coffee and cocoa powder, whisk cream with a mixer.

Remove the paper on which it was baked, turn the roll into a kitchen towel and leave to cool.
