Choco-cherry pie
That is honestly the first time I made chocolate cake. The recipe is again taken from the book "Fabulous kitchen Shula", with one of my add-cherries. He was very pleased me. Lush came out soft, and as promised to the author of the recipe stays fresh for several days!

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cherry

    380 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Pour into a bowl of boiling water and dissolve in it the cocoa powder. Cherry we should have already defrosted cast on the strainer, allow to drain. This process is not photographed. Sorry.

Whisk whites with a glass of sugar to the formation of stable foam.

In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks with the remaining 1/2 Cup sugar. Add the vegetable oil, flour and baking powder. After the first Cup of flour, I put aside the mixer and kneaded everything by hand already, with a wooden spoon.

In the finished dough pour in the dissolved cocoa powder, which was able to cool slightly. Stir. Next, the resulting mixture was gently introduced proteins.

Stir gently :-D. Pour half of the batter into the baking dish. Form 28 cm in diameter, greased and I even sprinkled with semolina, just in case.

Stecchi from juice cherry dip them in starch. Spread on the dough. Pour the second half of the test.

Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40-50 minutes. Based on what oven. Check the readiness with a dry stick.
