Tomatoes in Armenian from Michael Aroyan
Another great recipe from the "vse bude relish". This time from Michael Aroyan. Personally, I like this appetizer really hit the spot. I am so sorry to not have posted sooner. Much work has been. But I advise you to adopt!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

    7 Tbsp

  • Basil

    5 sprig

  • Parsley

    10 sprig

  • Cilantro

    10 sprig

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Cabbage

Two liters of water bring to the boil. Add to the boiling water, salt, Bay leaf and allspice. Remove from the heat and allow to cool a little. Do not worry such a relatively large amount of salt. Will come in the end what you need.
