Looked like all the recipes buckwheat cereal... basically, a variant of the side dishes either already with meat products.. This version is sweet! I have a great they had lunch niece, and indeed I gladly ate a piece! I hope you will like it!

Cooking
Egg beat well. Add buckwheat (dry) and mix well so all the grains of buckwheat were covered egg mass.
Baking tray lay a paper for baking, it evenly distribute the buckwheat. Put in a preheated 150 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Milk bring to a boil, add 1 tbsp of butter in our dried in the oven buckwheat. Cook on slow fire until tender (about 15 minutes).
To prepare sauce: bring to boil cream, add cinnamon or vanilla. RUB the yolks with sugar. Reduce the heat to low and with constant stirring to enter into the Creamed yolks. With constant stirring to bring the sauce until thick (do not boil).
